Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support project management services. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to provide project support, coordinate schedules, and help ensure quality and timely delivery.

The candidate will assist with governance, reporting, and documentation, while maintaining strong client and team relationships across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related construction field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, organized, thorough with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM to ensure project quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage tasks across construction, including submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations.
• Assist with establishing governance, processes and systems.
