Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within construction is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to keep the project on time and to the required quality standards.
• Help establish governance, processes, and systems for projects.
• Maintain and share key project information and data with stakeholders.
• Build strong client and team relationships; interface with executives, consultants, and vendors.
• Support flow of project information among team members and stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, update logs, and track items for close-out and follow-up.
• Contribute to monthly client program reporting and executive dashboards.
• Assist with proposal preparation for new or changed projects.
