Responsibilities

• Set up each job file per standards; file all documentation accordingly.
• Keep files current with POs, schedules, invoices, and correspondence.
• Release project for shipment with vendors and expediting to meet delivery timelines.
• Build relationships with customers and vendors to provide excellent service.
