Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking a Project Specialist to oversee and manage projects from submittal through closeout. You will set up the file, maintain documentation, and coordinate with customers and vendors to keep things on track.

Responsibilities include preparing job files, updating purchase orders and invoices, expediting shipments, and building strong relationships to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up each job file according to established standards.
• Keep active job files current with all relative information: purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, correspondence, and delivery schedules.
• Release project for shipment with vendors and expedite to meet agreed timelines.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and vendors to deliver excellent service.
