Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective application of Project Controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources ensuring capability and coverage across FEL, Detailed Engineering, and Construction.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Own the quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables and documentation.
• Develop and communicate meaningful project insights to manage risks, opportunities, and issues.
