Job summary

Dow is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, Texas to guide cost, schedule, and risk management across capital projects. You will collaborate with Project Engineers, design teams, construction, and procurement to ensure integrated performance metrics and proactive decision-making.

You will champion forecasting accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement, driving outcomes that align with business objectives and safety standards in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead, influence without direct reporting, and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of project controls processes, tools, and best practices to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Act as Project Controls leader on the Project Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to project controls resources across full project lifecycle including FEL, detailed engineering and construction.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis to inform decisions.
• Own and ensure quality and consistency of all project control deliverables.
