Job summary

Dow is seeking a Project Controls Lead in Houston, TX to guide cost and schedule controls across major capital projects. You will lead the Project Controls team, integrate cost, schedule, and risk data, and collaborate with engineering, construction and procurement to optimize project outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, forecasting excellence, proactive risk management, and governance to deliver safe, competitive projects while aligning with Dow's GPM framework and Business Opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of Project Controls processes, tools and best practices to improve cost and schedule performance.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on Steering Team and advise project leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Controls resources across full project lifecycle (FEL, Detailed Engineering, Construction).
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis; drive risk management and change control.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all Project Controls deliverables and communications.
