Job summary

Dow in Houston seeks a Project Controls Lead to shape project outcomes through leadership, forecasting excellence, and risk management. You will integrate cost, schedule, and change management across project lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, construction, procurement and stakeholders to deliver safe, competitive capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of related experience accepted in lieu.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
• Ability to influence project teams without direct reporting lines; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of Project Controls processes and best practices.
• Serve as Project Controls leader on PST and advise project leadership.
• Provide leadership to Project Controls resources across full project execution.
• Deliver accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and schedule analysis.
• Own quality and integrity of all Project Controls deliverables.
• Drive meaningful insights to manage risks and opportunities.
