Dow seeks a Project Controls Lead in Houston, TX to shape outcomes across cost, schedule, and risk. You will partner with Project Engineers, Design Teams, Construction, and Procurement to integrate control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead governance, forecast accuracy, and proactive risk management while guiding a team to deliver high-quality deliverables and insights that drive value for the business.

Formación

• Ability to build alignment across organizations and influence decisions.
• Proven cost and schedule forecasting with risk-informed insights.
• Experience measuring project performance using objective metrics.
• Strategic planning aligned to project objectives and execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks impacting cost/schedule.
• Evaluate changes while keeping objectives in sight.
• Estimate, control costs, forecast trends and evaluate performance.
• Lead and challenge teams to improve accountability.
• Translate complex project data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead application of project controls processes, tools, and best practices.
• Act as leader on PST and Design Team, guiding cost and schedule decisions.
• Provide direction to project controls resources across FEL, Detailed Engineering, Construction.
• Forecast, cost reporting, schedule analysis, and performance measurement.
• Deliver monthly reports and executive reviews with accurate deliverables.
• Ensure integrity and consistency of all project control documents.
• Develop meaningful insights to manage risks and opportunities proactively.
• Report status to internal and external stakeholders on multiple stages.
