Job summary

Emmes Group is seeking a Project Control Analyst for US Government projects. This remote role supports East Coast hours and involves building and managing financial models, revenue forecasts, and cost analyses across CPxF and T&M portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of government contract financial management.
• 1–3 years with CPxF, FFP or T&M contracts.
• Experience in CRO/pharma settings is a plus.
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, analyze, and report on projects with CPxF and T&M contracts.
• Support government project portfolios and financially monitor performance.
• Forecast variances, manage change orders, and provide cost/schedule insights.
• Develop revenue recognition, EACs, ETCs, burn rate analyses and related cost analyses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports detailing project progress and variances.
• Review budgets, invoices, and contract modifications; support FP&A.
