Job summary

Emmes Group, a leading clinical research organization, seeks a Director, Government Operations Strategy to drive the development and implementation of government-focused operational strategies for prime and subcontractor opportunities. You will collaborate across teams to optimize budgets, staffing, and timelines for complex clinical trials and partnerships.

This role requires experience in government budgets (CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc.), bid planning, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Scientific discipline required.
• Master's Degree Scientific discipline preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes and oversees operational strategy development for full-service clinical trials, SDCCs and CCCs.
• Develops operational/solution strategies and coordinates subcontractors and vendors.
• collaborates with Government Pricing, Proposals, and BD/Capture to align technical and business volumes.
