First Roles is seeking a Project Control Analyst to join the FGS Division 21 PMO. You will support planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across the project life cycle, across various contract types, with strong Excel and PowerPoint usage.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree or finance-related field and at least 3 years of government contracting experience, including JAMIS or CostPoint. This role is 95% remote with 5% travel to CA, MD and requires public trust/secret eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Finance related field; experience may substitute for degree
• Minimum 3 years in budget/financial/project control in government contracting
• Experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts
• Intermediate Excel (sum-if, lookups, pivots, complex formulas)

Responsabilités

• Plan, track, analyze, and report across the project life cycle
• Monitor labor, materials, and travel against budgets
• Assist in ETCs and EACs preparation and maintenance
• Provide POs and funding info to Subcontracts team for procurement
• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and funding availability
• Identify funding/resource risks and adjust spend plans accordingly
• Monitor project funding, expenditures, commitments, and resources
• Prepare financial reports for management and customers on cycles
• Forecast expenditures and monitor costs against budgets
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract terms
• Participate in internal and government status meetings
• Maintain project financial data on SharePoint and other systems
