Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst/Manager to join our FP&A team, supporting Health and Civilian sectors. You will partner with program teams to drive financial performance, deliver P&L and forecast analyses, and manage budgeting cycles.

The role requires government contracting experience and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly across stakeholders. This position is fully remote in the United States and reports to the Sr Manager of FP&A.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience; government contracting experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable with CAS, FAR and GAAP.
• Strong finance acumen and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, complex formulas and modeling.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Division VP and program team to provide analysis and guidance for financial performance.
• Produce timely financial reporting including program P&L, trend and variance analyses.
• Manage monthly rolling forecast and annual operating budgets.
• Support with pricing exercises, ROMs and option-year repricing.
• Track subcontractor spending and funding; manage invoicing and contract deliverables.
• Improve processes and address actions to achieve financial goals.
• Oversee month-end close: cost accruals, revenue recognition and expense reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, Procurement and back-office teams.
