Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery and develop the PM community across their assigned team. The role reports to the Senior PMCL and includes coaching on commercial and PM capabilities, plus monitoring performance metrics.

Responsibilities include leading PIRs, conducting reviews, aligning with the PM Framework, and guiding BC leadership on pricing, go/no-go decisions, and forecasting. Equity with the BCOL/BCPL required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong project management and coordination skills across pursuit to closeout.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial agreements.
• Experience with PM Framework and financial methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM delivery and coach PMs in HSSE practices.
• Oversee project management staff to ensure timely, effective performance.
• Conduct project reviews, monitor budget, schedule, risk and quality.
• Drive standardized PM practices in line with PM requirements.
• Support risk management, EAC/ETC processes and revenue recognition.
• Pursue billable work and manage scope, schedule and cost.
