You will bridge Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and other functions to deliver strategic projects on time.

The role emphasizes strong project management, KPI-driven reporting, and hands-on experience with BI tools and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects within manufacturing, tech, electronics, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop charters, requirements, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and leadership.
• Monitor program performance, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Partner with BI developers to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings.
• Present status and recommendations to senior leadership.
