Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager, S&OP: Capacity & Ops Strategy to drive multi-horizon planning and translate demand into actionable capacity models. You will collaborate with Customer Ops, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to optimize factory footprint, space, and high-density power/cooling infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical/systems engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering, S&OP, capacity planning, or technical program management (or 6+ years with Master's).
• Experience in high-reliability hardware, server assembly, EMS, or hyperscale cloud infra.
• Advanced skills in capacity modeling, scenario planning, and data analysis with Python/SQL/Tableau/Power BI/Excel.
• Ability to translate data-driven models into clear P&L insights and CapEx ROI proposals.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Knowledge of factory dynamics, line throughput, and liquid cooling infra.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define needs and socialize insights to leadership.
• Drive multi-stream demand ingestion and unify forecasts into a single baseline.
• Build/maintain 3–24 month capacity and scenario models evaluating constraints.
• Conduct What-If analyses and translate operational vars into financial impact.
• Lead monthly S&OP capacity reviews across Sales, Ops, Eng, Finance, and partners.
• Identify technology shift opportunities and translate into future-proofing requirements.
• Build CapEx business cases for facility expansion, automation, and tooling.
• Coach junior engineers/PMs to raise engineering excellence and delivery discipline.
