ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Business Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT. The role focuses on operational excellence, process transformation, and enterprise reporting, delivering projects on time and within scope.

You will partner with BI teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive automation while ensuring SOX controls and governance are maintained across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of program management, project management, or related functions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, electronics, supply chain, or service operations.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop charters, business requirements, timelines, risk assessments, and communications.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT and leadership.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Partner with BI developers to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support SOX controls and documentation; ensure governance standards.
