Everpure is seeking a highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the BI organization. You will oversee a team of BI Developers, manage intake and prioritization, coordinate UAT, and prepare executive-ready presentations to demonstrate business impact.

The role requires managing multiple BI initiatives, maintaining backlogs, timelines, and risks, and ensuring smooth releases with strong communication to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency running technical programs with multiple moving parts.
• Ability to balance priorities and surface risks early.
• Experience coordinating UAT between tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Run BI request intake and prioritization, maintain backlog and value.
• Manage BI initiatives from intake to delivery with timelines and risks.
• Coordinate QBRs and reviews with executive-ready content.
• Build and run UAT plans with stakeholders and developers.
• Maintain team rhythm with planning, reviews, and reporting.
