Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for New Business Enablement & RFP. You will frame boundary conditions and drive tailored manufacturing solutions across TX, NJ, and NL, coordinating with engineering and plant leadership to evaluate opportunities from proposal to production.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a background in engineering, and experience with multi-site manufacturing and RFP processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth ability to model operational scope, capacity limits, and financial trade-offs for new customer proposals.
• Experience with high-reliability hardware manufacturing or hyperscale cloud environments is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across geographically distributed manufacturing campuses.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define business needs, develop strategies, and socialize insights with leadership.
• Manage multi-channel RFP intake and governance for hyperscale cloud opportunities.
• Develop boundary condition models analyzing footprint, line rates, power, cooling, and lead-times.
• Quantify resource requirements including CapEx, labor, and financial impacts for opportunities.
• Lead cross-site solution engineering with teams in TX, NJ, and NL to architect feasible manufacturing solutions.
• Refine commercial ideas, generate hypotheses, and analyze manufacturing data for RFP responses.
• Drive cost transparency, pricing decisions, and business planning through analytical workstreams.
• Influence stakeholders across sales, plant management, product ops, and CM partners.
• Represent factory capabilities in customer engagements and RFP cycles.
