Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for New Business Enablement & RFP within the Global Operations Readiness team. You will model full operational scope for new opportunities, define footprint and manpower, and drive cross-site solution engineering with engineering and plant leadership.

You will lead analytical workstreams, refine evaluation tools, and coach junior staff to deliver high-integrity manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, supply chain management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define business needs and strategies, socialize insights with leadership.
• Develop and maintain operational boundary condition models and analyze footprint, line rates, power, cooling, and lead-time sensitivities.
• Quantify resource requirements for new opportunities and translate specs into models detailing space, CapEx, labor, and P&L impacts.
• Lead cross-site solution engineering with Texas, New Jersey, and Netherlands teams to architect feasible manufacturing solutions.
• Coach junior team members and drive rapid, high-quality decision-making in fast-moving environments.
