Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee the scheduling and execution of new manufacturing programs. The role ensures end-to-end readiness and successful implementation into production.

You will coordinate internal logistics, engage stakeholders, and develop executive-ready reports. Strong lean experience and engineering software proficiency are highly valued for driving program success.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; MBA optional
• Minimum 5+ years in project management within manufacturing
• Experience with continuous improvement or lean programs

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage schedules and execution of new programs in manufacturing
• Engage stakeholders across projects and facilities to align on goals
• Develop program reports for executive management with team leads
• Create analytics tools for project reporting to enable problem solving
• Lead meetings, assign actions, and track progress across teams
• Identify program issues and present actionable resolution options
