Job summary

ZT Systems in Georgetown, TX is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Program Manager to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives. You will plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects, establish KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and NPI teams, drive process improvements, manage risks, and report progress to executives, shaping the future of customer operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership for customer ops and supply chain initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and sustaining activities.
• Track KPIs and project health metrics.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement and NPI teams.
• Plan, schedule and manage strategic projects ensuring quality and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and executive updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of project standards and tools.
