Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead development, implementation and evaluation of the Distribution Underground Locating program and related initiatives. You will coordinate performance measurement, reporting, and budget management while aligning with multiple departments to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include establishing KPIs, reporting to leadership, guiding change management, and providing day-to-day client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field with 4-7 years of related business experience.
• Strong understanding of project management practices and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer-driven.
• Experience with process improvements and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and report on process/project assignments; develop KPIs and tracking.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reports and financial/operational information.
• Coordinate corrective actions and support business plans across departments.
• Lead change management; train employees and ensure business readiness.
• Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries.
