Exelon is seeking a capable project/program manager to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the ComEd Distribution Underground Locating program and related initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and report on performance metrics, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver results.

Responsibilities include change management, process improvements, and providing day-to-day client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field and 4–7 years of related experience.
• Understanding of standards, processes and performance metrics in the supported function.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and report on process/project assignments; develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms.
• Lead change management activities and support business plans across multiple departments.
• Provide day-to-day client support and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
