Job summary

Exelon is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within the distribution/transmission space. You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive performance metrics across multiple departments.

Strong communication, problem solving, and change-management skills are essential to deliver reliable energy solutions. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and CAPM/PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or STEM or 6–9 years of related experience.
• Experience with project portfolio management and requirements/test management.
• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs or initiatives.
• Provide requirements analysis, performance measurement, and QA.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
• Coordinate and report on processes and performance indicators.
• Lead change management and training for new processes.
• Offer day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries.
• Develop business plans and priorities across departments.
