Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager (hybrid) to lead cross-functional projects across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT domains. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) with strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or 3–6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and safety performance across multiple projects.
• Proven leadership, communications and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project/program performance across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT initiatives.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans.
• Interface with stakeholders to coordinate requirements and status.
• Build strong relationships with team members, line managers and vendors.
• Communicate project issues to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Coach and guide team members to clarify responsibilities and tasks.
• Identify and obtain resources with management support as needed.
