Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced program leader to drive the organization’s most critical cross-functional priorities and strategic programs within the Cloud Engineering & Support portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, design governance, and lead at scale, influencing senior executives across geographies and functions.

The role focuses on organizing ambiguous problems into milestones, delivering outcomes, developing scalable processes, and guiding change

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally in software engineering/product development.
• Bachelor's/master's/PhD requirements with relevant years of experience as stated.

Responsibilities

• Drive the organization's most critical cross-functional priorities and strategic programs.
• Organize complex problems into prioritized milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, and training to ensure program delivery and process adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks and lead executive-level meetings across workstreams.
• Communicate objectives, status, risks, and results with surgical execution and handoffs across teams.
