ServiceNow seeks a Senior Director of Strategic Operations & Transformation to design, operate, and continuously improve the LSGA operating model. Reporting to the COO, this leader will oversee rhythm of business, budgets, governance, and strategic programs, guiding a small high-performing team to scale the organization for growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic operations or related executive operating roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organizations.
• Strong business and financial acumen including budgeting and planning.
• Exceptional program management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment.
• Experience building scalable operating models and improving effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve LSGA's operating cadence, planning processes, governance, reporting, and budget oversight.
• Lead the LSGA PMO and portfolio of strategic initiatives with clear ownership and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, operating models, and governance across LSGA.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data, and technology to improve productivity and decision-making.
