Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally in a marketing, GTM, or operations environment.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Ability to convert ambiguity into structured problem statements, options, and proposals.
• Ability to read budgets and variance views to understand ROI needs.
• Strong cross-functional coaching and change-management skills.
• Excellent communication and planning discipline to scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the program-management engine of Marketing's planning system and turn organizational problems into solutions.
• Run the MOR, QBR, Monthly Forecast, OKR updates with prepared agendas and tight pre-reads.
• Implement scalable processes spanning Strategy, Resources, and Governance.
• Identify connections and reconcile collisions across planning inputs with BizOps, GTM Ops, Analytics, and FP&A.
• Ensure transparency and alignment of planning status across Marketing leadership.
• Gather business requirements for the planning data layer and define end-to-end build plan.
• Contribute to development of the strategic planning operations function.
