Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own the Cloud Engineering people operations, headcount planning, and program hygiene. You will partner with Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to structure intake, backfill planning, and organizational design at scale.

The role emphasizes operating-system thinking, sophisticated spreadsheets, and scalable automation to replace manual processes. You will drive all-hands, events, and intern programs while coordinating cross-site initiatives and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, or people operations, including time supporting a large engineering or infrastructure organization.
• Direct experience owning headcount or workforce planning operations: requisitions, position management, and reconciliation across Finance, Talent, and business leadership.
• Lead all-hands or large-audience programs for 500+ staff with proven impact.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and automation instinct: Apps Script, APIs, AI-assisted tooling, or equivalent.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high volume; able to drive outcomes with incomplete documentation.
• Excellent written communication; ability to move 40 people to action via a single message.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount plan of record for Cloud Engineering, align with Recruiting and Finance.
• Lead intake and prioritization for new/backfill requisitions; maintain pipeline status.
• Collaborate on hiring pace, requisition sequencing, and budget.0Create a SOP for intake.
• Maintain org chart and span-of-control views for stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview processes for engineering roles; ensure timely scorecards.
