Job summary

Crusoe in San Francisco is seeking a Program Manager to own the people and operations layer of Cloud Engineering, partnering with Recruiting, EA, and HR to scale headcount planning, intake SOPs, and organizational charts.

You will lead all-hands, events across SF, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and new sites, plus intern programs, and build repeatable systems using Sheets, Jira, Confluence, and automation to drive measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, or people operations in engineering or infra.
• Direct experience owning headcount or workforce planning operations with requisitions.
• Proven track record leading large-scale all-hands programs for 500+ people.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount plan for Cloud Engineering with Recruiting and Finance alignment.
• Run intake and prioritization for new and backfill requisitions.
• Lead All-Hands coordination: topics, agenda, speakers, Q&A follow-up.
• Manage intern/early-career programs and mentor matching.
• Develop and maintain leadership updates and operating rhythms.
