Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a senior individual-contributor Program Manager to shape and govern the Customer Experience (CX) programs. You will lead the operating rhythm, drive change, and partner with executives to deliver on ambitious timelines in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

You will own cross-functional programs related to onboarding, deployments, and AI tooling, while building scalable operational frameworks and an AI-forward delivery approach. Hybrid work may apply as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management, strategy and operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with GPU, cloud-infrastructure, inference, model lifecycle or API-first products.
• Experience with customer-success operations or scaled programs.
• AI-native delivery: building AI-driven workflows and prototyping with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Run the CX operating rhythm and OKR program, coach teams through change.
• Assemble data and draft materials for QBRs and offsites; track action items to completion.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, maintenance windows, incident debriefs, new deployments.
• Manage timeline and accountability for landing triage agents and AI tooling in CX.
• Coordinate enablement, customer communications, Jira hygiene, and go/no-go for product releases.
