Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own and optimize Cloud Infrastructure execution. You will align priorities across multiple teams, unblock critical dependencies, and drive initiatives to committed dates with clear ownership.

You will partner with product and program management to ensure quarterly planning is decisive and action-oriented. You will lead with autonomy, maintain rigorous issue-tracking discipline, and communicate health metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a technical product role.
• Experience driving multi-team technical initiatives in infrastructure/cloud.
• Excellent written communication and ability to operate with autonomy.
• Fluency with Jira and issue tracking at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the view of engineering priorities across Cloud Infrastructure.
• Coordinate and unblock teams on major initiatives spanning compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes.
• Drive initiatives to committed dates and surface slips early.
• Measure time-to-unblock on cross-team dependencies and improve it.
• Run the Cloud Infrastructure staff meeting with decisions captured and acted upon.
• Partner with Cloud Product/Technical Product Management on planning cycles and agendas.
