Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own the people operations and operating rhythms for its Cloud Engineering org. You will manage headcount, requisitions, interns, and manager enablement, partnering with Recruiting, HR, and Finance to run scalable processes.

You will design repeatable playbooks, automate recurring tasks, and lead all-hands, site-wide events, and global program initiatives for a growing engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, business operations, or people operations.
• Experience owning headcount or workforce planning operations.
• Led all-hands or large-audience programs for 500+ people with measurable impact.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and automation experience.
• Ability to influence senior engineers without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount and requisition operations for Cloud Engineering.
• Coordinate all-hands and org events end to end.
• Manage intern and early-career programs and mentor matching.
• Drive adoption of manager training and onboarding programs.
• Build and maintain org charts, planning calendars, and operating rhythms.
• Own systems and automation, migrate artifacts to real systems.
