Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Operations, or related business functions.
• Strong partnership with Finance on planning, budgeting, forecasting, or operations.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI and automation to improve processes.
• Proficient in creating executive-ready presentations and updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution, on time and in scope.
• Create detailed program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with business, operations, finance, and technical teams to drive execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive updates and status reports for leadership.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Drive continuous process improvement in operations.
