Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and oversee program execution, account management, and financial oversight across assigned brands.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, leverage data and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations, manage vendor and partner relationships, and lead weekly client meetings while ensuring deliverables align with scope and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree or PMP preferred.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access and OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and oversee program execution and account management.
• Provide financial oversight and business analysis across assigned brands; manage vendors and partners.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints, document decisions, and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
• Review core metrics (claims, enrollments, budgets) and drive timely insights and corrective actions.
• Prepare accruals, manage QBR/data, and coordinate year-end BRD renewals and SOW updates.
• Mentor peers and participate in leadership reviews; travel up to 10% as needed.
