Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

The role requires developing domain expertise in therapeutic areas, leveraging data, and delivering actionable recommendations to maximize program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; PMP preferred.
• Three to four years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative team.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (local and out-of-town).

Responsibilities

• Program Maintenance and Updates; ensure tasks are completed on time and within timelines.
• Account Funding Monitoring; review POs daily and monitor claims workflow.
• Maintain trackers and SNOW tickets; support audit-ready documentation.
• Lead weekly client meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and budget performance tracking.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program data for reviews and accruals.
• Provide mentorship and training to peers as needed.
