Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. You’ll oversee program execution, financials, and business analysis, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

You’ll develop therapeutic area expertise, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relations, and drive data‑driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• PM acts as the primary client relationship manager across brands.
• Develops deep expertise in therapeutic areas, client objectives, and market trends.
• Uses data and KPIs to provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on tasks to support program maintenance, updates, launches, and rule changes.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and tickets daily to avoid bottlenecks.
• Maintain trackers, including SNOW tickets and LOE scoping forms.
• Escalation ticket approvals.
• Lead weekly client account meetings and document minutes.
• Manage monthly invoicing and budget review.
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews and accruals.
