Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will interact with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

You will lead weekly client meetings, monitor program performance, manage budgets and invoices, and provide strategic guidance leveraging data and KPIs to maximize program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; PMP preferred
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance & updates; ensure tasks completed on time
• Monitor funding, claims, and budget performance weekly
• Lead client meetings; document decisions and action items
• Oversee escalation tracking and communication across stakeholders
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reports and dashboards
