Job summary

Valeris seeks a detail-oriented Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, financials, and business analysis across assigned brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service.

The PM will develop expertise in therapeutic areas, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic guidance to maximize program performance and brand value for Valeris

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Three to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance, meeting facilitation, and client communications.
• Manage invoicing, budget tracking, and quarterly/annual reporting cycles.
• Oversee project schedules, resources, and risk management across programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
