Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, driving program execution and financial oversight. You will manage vendor relationships, monitor KPIs, and deliver data-driven guidance for optimal performance.

The role requires 3–4 years of program management, PMP preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 10% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential parts of the job function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare.
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client relationship manager and drive program execution and account management.
• Oversee financial oversight and accruals for assigned brands.
• Lead weekly client and internal stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Prepare QBR-ready data and maintain trackers with insights and trends.
• Coordinate BRD renewals, SOW management, and change orders with SNOW tickets.
