Job summary

StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company empowering marketers to reach and convert audiences with precision. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you’ll manage post-sales client relationships, drive platform adoption, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI across verticals.

You’ll design campaign strategies, deliver regular KPI-focused reporting, set up DSP campaigns, and collaborate with sales and support teams. This role offers a competitive base salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic advertising.
• Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or through a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention and revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital advertising trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Design and optimize campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic optimizations to meet KPIs.
• Set up/traffic campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including tag implementation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and enhance tools, procedures and reports.
• Analyze performance to optimize campaigns and discover new opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training.
• Provide strategic thought leadership as a client advisor.
• Travel up to 20% of time.
