Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, transformation, strategy execution, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish the structure and operating rhythm to advance complex enterprise initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple interrelated projects and workstreams to meet program objectives.
• Develop and maintain an integrated view of program health, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Prepare executive-level updates emphasizing outcomes, risks and required actions.
