The role requires extensive programming experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to deliver on complex projects within a claims management context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
• Nine (9) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; five (5) years of program development; three (3) years specialized programming.
• Working knowledge of claims management applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, maintenance, testing and debugging of software.
• Lead projects to meet scope and objectives and ensure user satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to assigned team and prepare status reports.
