Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. is seeking a Director of Client Communications to lead strategy and execution of client communications, including newsletters, events, and newsroom content.

You will translate customer voice into clear content, partner with senior leaders, and ensure timely, engaging client experiences that support retention and growth. The role sits within the Global Communications team in Marketing and requires strong analytical, storytelling, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in client, customer, corporate, or marketing communications.
• Experience in insurance, third-party administration, or professional services preferred.
• Experience managing moderately to highly complex projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience advising executives and senior leaders; leading client communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications strategy; ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with client needs.
• Translate complex claims, service, and operational information into clear client content.
• Own content calendar and production of client newsletters and recurring communications.
• Plan and execute virtual client events, webinars, briefings, and post-event communications.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify client communication needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop event content and presentations for client audiences.
• Manage client newsroom; source, review, and publish accurate content.
• Establish governance and quality standards for newsroom and events.
