Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to oversee client programs remotely. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, document meetings, track timelines, and manage changes to ensure on-time deliverables.

The role requires strong client services experience and travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes and document key decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion.
• Manage contract amendments and project change requests for the client.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership.
