Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands. The PM will oversee program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include leading weekly client touchpoints, managing invoices and budgets, preparing QBR-ready data, and maintaining accurate trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Graduate degree and/or certifications, PMP preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to multi‑task in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client relationship manager and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage program scope and budgets.
• Prepare QBRs, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and accruals; drive process improvements.
