Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, coordinating across cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within scope and budget. You will drive client satisfaction, provide strategic guidance, and use data to optimize outcomes for multiple life sciences brands.

You will develop expertise in therapeutic areas, manage vendor relationships, and lead weekly and monthly program activities, including reports and QBRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Three to Four (3-4) years of project or program management experience.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance and updates; follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Review funding for accounts and ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Lead weekly client meetings; prepare agenda and distribute minutes.
• Update client dashboard and track budget performance.
• Oversee invoicing and monthly SOW reviews.
• Manage escalation tracking and ensure timely resolutions.
