Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to manage client relationships and drive program execution across multiple brands. You will oversee financials, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional client service.

You will develop deep therapeutic area expertise, leverage KPI data for strategic guidance, and lead internal and external stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred
• Three to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly client account meetings and document decisions, action items, and owners
• Monitor program budgets, invoices, and dashboard updates to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program milestones on time and within scope
• Manage vendor and partner relationships and escalate issues when needed
• Prepare quarterly and annual program reviews and maintain QBR-ready data
