Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership, strong communication skills, and experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare program management, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in client management or operations.
• Minimum 3 years of formal leadership with direct reports.
• Pharma/healthcare client management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of P&L statements.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Cardinal Health and client landscape.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Interact with clients to resolve inquiries and report performance.
• Deliver a broad portfolio of solutions meeting client and Cardinal Health goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners.
• Lead and deliver program status to clients and Cardinal Health senior leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and post-launch activities.
• Own client relationships and act as escalation point for all program services.
